At Gentle Crystals, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Please read our shipping policy before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.
Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders — check our current promotions at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with your unboxing video as documentation (see our Return & Refund Policy).
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
