3.1 Natural Crystal Guarantee All crystal products sold on Gentle Crystals are sourced from verified suppliers and are 100% natural and non-synthetic. We do not sell imitation, glass, or lab-created substitutes unless clearly labeled as such.
3.2 Natural Variation Disclaimer Because our crystals are genuine geological specimens, each piece is unique. Natural variations in color, texture, inclusions, veiling, and size are inherent characteristics — not defects. Product photography is taken under high-fidelity lighting to provide the most accurate visual representation possible.
3.3 Design & Curation Our product collections are regularly updated to reflect current trends in crystal wellness, spiritual aesthetics, and Feng Shui design. We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or modify product offerings at any time.
4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Pricing All prices are listed in SGD (Singapore Dollars) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the final price for your order.
4.2 Payment Methods We accept payment via Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.
4.3 Currency & Taxes International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in our listed prices.
5. Orders & Contract Formation
A binding purchase contract is formed when:
- You submit your order and complete payment
- We send you an order confirmation email
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1 Processing Time Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of confirmed payment.
6.2 Singapore Local Delivery Local orders are shipped via registered mail requiring a signature upon receipt, in accordance with Singapore Post guidelines.
6.3 International Shipping International orders are subject to the Universal Postal Convention (UPC) and the import/export regulations of the destination country. Gentle Crystals is not liable for delays caused by customs inspection, incorrect addresses, or refusal of delivery.
6.4 Packaging All crystal products are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. Fragile specimens are shipped with protective cushioning and rigid outer packaging.
7. Returns & Refunds

- 7-day return window from date of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Unboxing and repacking videos required for all returns
